Please be sure to include your first name, last name, mailing address, and question or comment. We will require the name of your operating system and the browser version that you use on your computer (Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista, or MAC OS X, and Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 2, or Safari).

If you have a laptop or desktop with a wireless card, and a Network1 account, here are the steps you should take in order to connect to our Network.
Go to View Available Wireless Networks
Look for a signal(s) with an ID that begins with N1C or Ofallon Wireless
Connect to the strongest signal
Launch an Internet Browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari
You should be seeing our logon page now
Enter the username and password you chose when you signed up
You should be connected and ready to surf the Internet!
If you are unable to connect, or have a laptop or desktop without a wireless card, please contact our customer service center at 636-614-1364 or Support@Network1Communications.com. We will send a technician to test the signal strength outside your home. Once the signal is approved, we will coordinate a time for a technician to do an inside installation M-F 8am to 5pm. This entire process can take upwards of 7-10 business days to be completed, so please be patient!
